Possible Corrosion on Connector Area – There have been a few people who reported that they lost the ability to connect to a PC due to corrosion on the connector.

Once you figure out how to add this to your swim protocol, you will love it. It’s different. Nothing goes in your ears. You must position the flat surfaces of the unit over your cheekbones. So you must attach either side to your goggle straps.
But you must be able to do so without creating a gap between the goggle and your face, or you get leakage..so be sure that your goggles will allow this. I had to switch goggles because of how my goggles’ straps fastened to my goggles. If you can get the finis duo on your goggle straps AND have a snug fit on your goggles, you are gold.
i’m 57 years old and swim daily. I have used several products but so far and I’ve only been swimming with them for about 10 days, this product is super cool. It sounds like a stereo underwater. The miles seem to just fly by.
This is the fourth Finis MP3 player I’ve purchased. I have enjoyed them all, but I appreciate that they keep getting better. I have used the duo five times now, and really love it.
The duo is the easiest to mount on my goggles, and fits everything into the speakers so there is no third element to bother with. The speakers fit tight even when I don’t wear a cap.
They are much easier to put on, wear, and take off. I love the shuffle feature. The charging system seems much improved. The sound is great, and I hear clearly on a low volume. The duo really makes swimming more fun.
Final Thoughts on the Finis Duo Underwater MP3 Player
While there are few options available overall on the market that are both bone conduction and waterproof for swimming these have been excellent performers.
I would suggest these are very worthwhile and the only reason I would move to the Xtrainerz is the chance to have a simple over-the-ear, simple to wear, pair of headphones for swimming.
